Michael Woody Rodriguez

Michael Woody Rodriguez is an associate attorney, specializing in criminal defense, family law, and civil litigation.

Mr. Woody Rodriguez earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. During his time there, he was actively involved in several committees, including the Student Leadership Council, Student Legal Education Committee—where he served as Vice Chair—the Center for Professional Development Committee, and the University of Cincinnati Admissions Committee. He also participated in the University of Cincinnati Mock Trial Team.

Prior to law school, Mr. Woody obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History from Georgia Southern University. His academic achievements include presentations at the Student Inquiry Forum and membership in the academic fraternity Phi Alpha Theta.

Mr. Woody Rodriguez’s professional experience is extensive. He interned with the United States Army JAG Corps in Fort Huachuca, AZ, where he assisted in military justice matters including general courts martial, provided legal assistance to service members and retirees, and researched national security issues. He also externed at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky, conducting legal research on federal legal issues. Additionally, he served as a legal intern/extern at the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy. Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Woody Rodriguez worked as a litigator serving jurisdictions across the tri-state area.

Mr. Woody Rodriguez is licensed to practice law in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. He resides in the College Hill Neighborhood of Cincinnati with his wife and two dogs. Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Woody Rodriguez enjoys golfing, traveling, and cheering on the Bengals, Reds, and FC Cincinnati.
