Biography

Oliver completed his undergraduate studies at Georgetown College and obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Louisville. While in law school, he served as a clerk for Judge Ann Bailey Smith, who presides over the 30th Judicial Circuit, Division 13 in Louisville, Kentucky, and gained experience as a law clerk at Abell Attorneys. Upon graduating in 2021, Oliver joined Abell Attorneys as an associate attorney.

His primary practice focuses on insurance defense, contract disputes, landlord-tenant matters (including evictions), employment law, and handling mechanics liens. He has successfully guided clients through complex legal challenges in these areas, delivering results-driven solutions tailored to their needs. Whether resolving insurance disputes, navigating high-stakes contract negotiations, or addressing intricate landlord-tenant conflicts, Oliver is a trusted advocate known for his strategic approach and dedication to achieving favorable outcomes.
